Wings and Wheels event and city-wide yard sale coming June 7
Thanks to all who worked and supported Options for Women’s Walk for Life this past Saturday in the Park. A great turnout, the weather was perfect for walking, and the food was delicious.

Annexation may be the key to Bowling Green's growth
The City of Bowling Green is land locked. We cannot expand in any direction without making some concessions.
Grant to help with splash pad construction
Thank you, Mark Twain Regional Council of Governments, for the Sling into Spring grant that allows Bowling Green to put finishing touches on the soon to be built splash pad. The new splash pad will be located on the former swimming pool site.

Comprehensive City Planning Committee gets its first members
Thanks to all who supported Hop into Easter in the Green this past weekend. It also brought in many visitors from out of town who bought gasoline, ate lunch, and shopped in our stores.

Remember Bowling Green in your Will
A gift in your Will or Trust does not affect everyday cash flow and could help Bowling Green with community resources to build things like swimming pools, senior adult and youth centers, recreational complexes for all ages, art and cultural forums and galleries plus many other concepts that may be on your heart for Bowling Green. Museums and playhouses for community bands, choirs, theater presentations, and entertainment gatherings, could always use some funds for instance.
