Isabella Lentz, a junior at Louisiana High School is a delegate to the Congress of Future Medical Leaders to be held June 25 – 27 just outside Boston on the University of Massachusetts Lowell campus.
From the court to the pool to the podium: LHS district recap
The Louisiana Bulldogs recently had a busy week competing in district tournaments and state championships. The LHS boys and girls basketball teams competed in their district tournaments, the swim team earned some hardware at the State meet, and the speech and debate team medaled in several events at their district tournament in Kirksville.
Snow much time off!
In the wake of the recent winter storms and cold front, many children were frolicking while adults enjoyed the beauty of nature. For schools, however, it meant missing out on important days that would have been spent learning.
Bowling Green R-I building projects come to a close
The Bowling Green R-I School District Board of Education met on Jan. 21 and heard that the building projects funded by the passage of the bond issue in April 2023 have all been completed.
